Webb's vs Bloom's

Bloom's Taxonomy provides educators a new prospective on the world of teaching. Bloom's Taxonomy was created in 1956, it lists 6 levels of learning. Remembering, Understanding, Applying, Analyzing, Evaluating, and Creating. The way Bloom's Taxonomy is set up helps teachers better understand what is to be expected in creating their lesson plans. Unlike Webb's, Bloom's lists 6 stages that are verbs rather than what Webb's Depth of Knowledge provides us. The higher up on the scale the stages are, the more rigorous the lesson planning will be, and that is the same for both Webb's and Bloom's.
